To begin, we need to know what type of event you have planned; a race requires a very different treatment to a conference or a fashion show to a football match. Next, we will ask when and where you’re planning your event; whether you want it broadcast live, recorded or both.
For smaller, more intimate events we can include public address systems, generators and staging. Larger projects require a bigger crew and for these, we will deploy a production manager to make sure everything runs to plan. By nailing down the style, timing, scale and location of your event we’ll get the right resources in place. Issues such as site accessibility and facilities can be dealt with to minimise the chance of nasty surprises on the day.
Our use of LiveU technology means we can record footage and broadcast it on whichever streaming platform you want, worldwide – even without an internet connection on site. We can work with our bespoke service or through platforms like Facebook, Twitter or TV-Live. If you’re looking to record the event to broadcast at a later date, we will take the footage and edit for greatest effect where you want it shown.
Our crews will work safely with your guests and spectators and alongside any other contractors to get the best footage. A top quality video broadcast or recording will enhance the event and reach the audience you want wherever they are in the world.
