Booking and prices
How much does a business video cost?
Short social videos start at £395 for a shoot and four videos, property tours at £209, and brand films from £1,950, all plus VAT. Our prices are on our price list, and we confirm a fixed price before you commit.
Do I have to pay to book?
No payment is needed to send a booking request. Once we confirm the date and the price by email, a 25% deposit holds the date. We invoice the rest on delivery, and it is due within 14 days.
How quickly will I get my videos?
Most short videos are delivered within 7 working days after the shoot, and longer films within 10. Property tours take 3 working days. Next working day delivery is available as an add-on for social, property and editing jobs.
Where are you based and how far do you travel?
We are based in Nottingham and film all over the UK. Travel is included anywhere in the East and West Midlands, including Derby, Leicester, Birmingham, Coventry and Lincoln.
Do you work outside the Midlands?
Yes. We are based in the Midlands and film all over the UK, including London. Outside the Midlands, travel is 55p a mile, agreed before you book.
Do you film weddings?
No. We only work with businesses and organisations.
Can we use the videos however we like?
Yes. Once paid for, you can use the finished videos online and on social media, for any business purpose, for as long as you like. For TV, cinema, radio or paid ads outside social platforms, tell us before the edit so the music is licensed for it.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance and can send the certificate on request. If a venue sets a minimum level of cover, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm before you book.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for the slow jobs: transcripts, first-pass captions, translation and finding the best moments in long recordings. We never use AI to fake a person, a voice or a place in your film, and a person finishes every edit.
Can you film on short notice?
Often, yes. Put your date in the booking form and we will tell you within 1 working day whether we can do it.

Business and corporate films
How much does a corporate video cost?
A testimonial is £695 and a brand film starts at £1,950, plus VAT. The price list shows exactly what each one includes, and we confirm a fixed price before anything is booked.
How long does it take?
Most films are filmed in a half or full day. Short videos are delivered within 7 working days after the shoot and longer films within 10. Social cut-downs can come sooner if you need them.
Do you write the script?
Yes, where a film needs one. For interview-led films we plan the questions instead, so people sound like themselves. For explainers and training we write the script with you and agree it before filming.
Can you film at more than one site?
Yes. Tell us where in the booking form and we will plan the day around travel.

Events and conferences
How soon do we get the highlights?
Full-day bookings usually get a first social clip within 2 working days. Highlights films are delivered within 7 working days after the event.
Can you film and live stream the same event?
Yes. The live stream is recorded in full and we can edit highlights from the same cameras.
Do you need anything from the venue?
A feed from the sound desk for talks, a power socket near the cameras, and somewhere safe to keep our cases. For streaming, a wired internet connection.
How much does event or conference filming cost?
Half a day of event filming is £545 plus VAT and a full day is £750. Conference recordings, with two cameras, desk sound and every talk edited with its slides, start at £995. Anything not on the list gets a fixed price within 1 working day.
What do we get after a conference?
Every talk as its own edited video with the slides, ready to upload to your website, a members' area or YouTube, plus a highlights film of the day.
Can you film a conference with more than one room?
Yes. Each room needs its own cameras and operator, so tell us how many rooms run at the same time and we will send a fixed price within 1 working day.
Do speakers and guests need to agree to be filmed?
It is good practice to tell them in advance, for example in the joining instructions and on a sign at the door. If a speaker asks not to be recorded, tell us and we leave their session out.
Can you film evening and weekend events?
Yes. Awards nights often run late and many events fall at weekends. Evenings, weekends and bank holidays add 20% to the listed price, confirmed before you pay anything.

Property video and photos
Can I have photos and a floor plan without a video?
Yes. Photos are £119, a floor plan is £69, or both together are £179. The full listing set, with a video tour and a 360° tour as well, is £335. All plus VAT.
How long does a visit take?
About an hour for a typical family home with photos and a floor plan, a little longer for the full set or an agent-led tour.
Can you collect the keys?
Yes. If nobody can meet us, we collect the keys from your branch, sign them out on your key log and return them the same day. Key safes are fine too. Key collection and return from one branch is free anywhere in the East and West Midlands.
How accurate are the floor plans?
Each plan is measured on site, room by room. Like any agent's floor plan, it is a guide for buyers rather than a survey, and the plan says so.
Where can a 360° tour go?
Anywhere that takes a link: your listings on the portals, your website, emails to buyers and social posts. It works on phones, tablets and laptops.
Can you add drone shots?
Yes. Drone shots are £149 + VAT per property, or £119 each for 3 or more properties on the same day, flown by a CAA-registered drone operator we bring in. We confirm the drone when we confirm your date.
Will it work on Rightmove and Zoopla?
We deliver photos, plans and video in the formats the portals accept, and links for video and virtual tours. Check your own portal package for which features it includes.
What does the house need to look like?
Ready for photos is ready for everything. We send a short checklist when you book: lights on, clutter away, cars off the drive if possible.

Social media videos
How many videos do I get from one shoot?
A half-day shoot usually gives 8 to 12 good short videos. Social monthly includes 8 finished videos a month, and Done for you includes 12.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Plenty of great content shows hands, products, places and customers. If you do want to be on camera, we will make it easy and keep the takes short.
Which platforms do you make videos for?
Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. Each video is delivered in the right shape and length for where it is going.
Can we use trending sounds?
Usually not. Trending sounds are often licensed for personal accounts only, and business posts that use them can be muted or removed. We use licensed tracks instead.

Live streaming
What internet do you need?
A wired connection with at least 10 Mbps upload is ideal. We test it before the day. If the venue cannot provide one, we bring a mobile data backup. For venues with poor signal we can also hire a bonded 5G unit, which combines several mobile networks, quoted separately.
Can the stream be private?
Yes. We put the stream on a password protected page, on your website or one we set up, so it is not public or searchable. For tickets or confidential briefings, we use individual logins.
Can remote speakers join?
Yes. A remote speaker can join by video call and appear in the stream alongside the people in the room.
Do we get the recording?
Yes, the full recording, normally the same day, and an edited highlights version if you book it.

Editing and graphics
How do I send you footage?
We send you a link to upload to. Big files are fine.
Can you turn one long video into lots of short ones?
Yes. A webinar, talk or podcast episode usually gives 5 to 10 good short clips.
Which editing software do you use?
Professional editing and colour tools, with AI used where it saves time, such as transcripts and first-pass captions. Every edit is finished by a person.

Social media management
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. The plan covers two platforms. More can be added: ask us for a price.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
We flag anything that needs you and can reply to simple comments in your voice. Customer conversations stay with you.
Do you run paid ads?
We make the videos that ads need and can boost posts on a budget you set. Larger ad campaigns are quoted separately.

Video websites and platforms
Why not just put the videos on YouTube?
YouTube is great for being found, and we use it. But on your own site you control what plays next, nobody else's adverts appear, and private videos stay private.
Do you look after the website afterwards?
We can. Hosting and small updates are quoted monthly, or we hand it over to you.
