What a shoot involves
We turn up on time, we are in and out in about an hour, and the photos arrive edited and ready for Rightmove. No fuss for the vendor or tenant, and nothing for you to sort out afterwards.
The floor plan is measured on the same visit, and a 360° tour or a video tour can be added without a second appointment.
Most buyers decide whether to view a home from the first few photos on Rightmove or Zoopla. Dark rooms, tilted walls and cluttered worktops make a good home look ordinary. Bright, level, well-framed photos make people stop scrolling.
We are a video production company with a background in live television, and we have filmed homes, offices and agent interviews for more than 100 estate agents through The Property Collection. We bring the same care to stills: every room shot from the angle that shows its size and light, every photo edited by hand.
Photos, a floor plan, a 360° tour and a video tour can all come from one visit, so the vendor or tenant only has to open the door once and every part of the listing matches.

How it works
Pick photos, a floor plan, a 360° tour or the full set, and give us the address and a few dates that suit the vendor or tenant.
We confirm the time and a fixed price by email within 2 working days, and send a short checklist to get the home ready.
About an hour for a typical family home. We photograph every room, the front and back of the house and the garden, and measure for the floor plan on the same visit.
Every photo is edited for light and colour and sent ready to upload, along with the floor plan and any tour or video you booked.
Keys and access
Agents often can't spare someone to meet us, so we collect and return keys as part of the job. It is free from one branch anywhere in the East and West Midlands.

Yes. If nobody can be there, we collect the keys from your branch, sign them out on your key log and bring them back the same day. Key safes are fine too. Key collection and return from one branch is free anywhere in the East and West Midlands.
Up to 20 edited photos for a home with up to 4 bedrooms. That covers every room, the outside and the garden, which is what the portals and most buyers expect.
Within 3 working days of the visit. Next working day delivery is available as an add-on when a listing can't wait.
Yes. We measure on the same visit as the photos, so there is only one appointment for the vendor or tenant. A 360° tour and a video tour can be added to the same visit too.
Yes. Empty homes, homes with tenants in and homes on the market all work. For tenanted homes, we work around the tenant and keep their belongings out of shot where we can.
We are based in Nottingham. Travel is included anywhere in the East and West Midlands, and we cover the rest of the UK at 55p a mile.
Yes. Through The Property Collection we have filmed for more than 100 estate agents. Agencies can book listing by listing, or ask us about a monthly plan.
