How much does a corporate video cost in 2026?

Most Midlands video companies we looked at don't publish prices. Here are the ranges we found in published UK prices in October 2026, and what actually moves the number.

The short answer

A simple business video from a small, experienced crew usually costs somewhere between a few hundred pounds and a couple of thousand. Agency productions with scripts, actors and several days of filming start at a few thousand and go up from there.

The biggest single factor is time: how many hours of filming and how many hours of editing the job needs. Everything else, from the number of people on the crew to the music licence, sits on top of that.

Typical UK price ranges in 2026 (excluding VAT)

These ranges come from UK price lists and price guides published online, which we reviewed in October 2026. Several guides are written by companies that sell video, and many companies publish no prices, so treat them as a guide.

  • Half a day of filming with editing included, from a freelance videographer: roughly £390 to £650.
  • A full day of filming with editing: roughly £690 to £900 from freelancers, more from studios.
  • A 2 to 3 minute brand or corporate film: typically around £2,500 to £5,000, with agencies often starting around £3,500 and going well past £10,000.
  • A property walkthrough video: the published UK prices we found were mostly £260 to £400 per property.
  • A single-camera live stream: roughly £450 to £750. Multi-camera streams were around £1,700 to £2,000 where prices were shown.
  • Monthly social media video plans: from about £300 a month for a solo creator up to £1,250 to £2,000 a month from studios.

What pushes the price up

  • More filming time, or more than one location in a day.
  • A bigger crew: a second camera operator, a sound recordist, a producer.
  • Scripted films with presenters or actors, rather than real staff and customers.
  • Motion graphics and animation.
  • Several rounds of changes after the edit, or changes to the brief after filming.
  • Rush delivery, evenings and weekends.
  • Drone footage, specialist kit, and music licensed for broadcast or paid TV rather than online use.

What keeps it down

  • A clear brief before the shoot: who the video is for and what you want them to do.
  • Planning one shoot to give you several videos, not one.
  • Using real staff and customers rather than actors.
  • Filming in one place, on one day.
  • Agreeing the number of changes up front.

Our prices

Our prices are on our website. Social media videos start at £395 for a shoot and four videos, property tours at £149, events at £450 for a half day, live streams from £695, and brand films from £1,295, all plus VAT. We confirm a fixed price by email before you pay anything.

Questions to ask any video company

  • Is that a fixed price, and what exactly is included?
  • How many rounds of changes do I get?
  • Can I use the finished video anywhere, for as long as I like?
  • Is the music licensed for how I'll use it?
  • How soon will I get it?
  • Do you use AI, and if so, for what?
